Shipping & Returns


There are several ways to receive your order:

  • Warehouse Pickup: Pick up your order at our warehouse.
  • Ground Shipping: The economical delivery method. Example: CANPAR, UPS, DHL, CANADA POST, SelectDaily Transport etc.
  • Express/Air Shipping: The fastest delivery -- when you can't wait long for your merchandise.
  • Special Delivery: For heavy or bulky items We'll contact you to schedule delivery.

Shipping is available on most items we sell. We can ship all across Canada , USA and international. Shipping prices and delivery options vary by product (depending on size, weight and volume) and location. Please speak to a representative for details and to arrange a delivery.


Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Do not accept a broken parcel. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it at your expense within 5 days. You must call or e-mail for a return merchandise authorization number. All returns are freight prepaid by the client. Unless we have made an error in order processing or shipping, shipping charges will never be refunded. You will be notified of your refund by e-mail or phone. All products must be returned in the original purchase condition and complete. Restocking fees of 30% will be applied on returned merchandise. Important: returned orders with missing items, used or broken merchandise will not be accepted.

Very important, all claims of any nature must be done within 5 days of the date of reception of merchandise. After the 5 days of the date of reception of merchandise there is no claim possible of any nature.
